QR scan or AI phone · Tablario reads the menu category
Food → Kitchen · Drinks → Bar · Overview → Service
2× Carbonara · status: in progress
Table status synced · handover without words
Tablario knows from the menu category which item belongs in the kitchen and which at the bar. Service sees the full table. Nobody has to forward anything.
Landscape tablet, mounted on the wall. Three lanes: new, in progress, done. Drag-and-drop. Big buttons, big type, flour-friendly.

In the Management module you can define custom roles — e.g. “Shift lead” with read access to reports.
Who sees what is not a debate. No accidents, no “why am I seeing this?”. Three roles, clear rules, customisable per restaurant.
Pasta, pizza, steaks — sorted by table, time, status. Drag-and-drop priority. Paid status not visible.
Wine, cocktails, espresso. Service does not see when the bar is overloaded — the bar does. Optional split by bar stations.
Full table view: running, finished, paid. Hand off to kitchen or bar with one tap. Walk-ins straight from the service view.
We set up all three role views in the demo. You see what each role really needs.
