Tablario is the reservation and telephony platform for restaurants in the DACH region. We build it for operators who want to own their guests — not be owned by a marketplace.

An honest alternative — built for restaurants, not marketplaces.
In 2026, tens of thousands of DACH restaurants will switch reservation providers. Quandoo is shutting down, OpenTable charges per-cover commission, and none of the US incumbents meet the EU AI Act from day one. We built Tablario to fill that gap — with a flat monthly fee, EU hosting, and an AI phone that gives the Art. 50 disclosure on every call.

Quandoo shuts down
Recruit Holdings announced the wind-down: last new booking on 30 September, full shutdown on 31 December 2026. Around 17,000 DACH restaurants need an honest switch partner.
EU AI Act Art. 50
From 2 August 2026, AI voice systems must disclose themselves at the start of a call. Penalties up to €15M or 3% of global turnover. Tablario has done this since day one — US incumbents have not.
