One AI disclosure. Before every call.
Tablario meets the transparency obligations of the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689) from the very first call. Here is how the system works, who keeps control, and what happens to the data.
Operator: Staqmind UG (haftungsbeschränkt) · contact@tablario.com
The AI disclosure at the start of every call
Under Art. 50(1) of the AI Act, natural persons must be informed they are interacting with an AI system. Every caller hears the following at the start of the call:
German"Guten Tag, Sie sprechen mit dem Tablario-Assistenten, einem KI-gestützten Telefonservice. Wie kann ich Ihnen helfen?"
English"Hello, you are speaking with Tablario Assistant, an AI-powered phone service. How can I help you?"
Anyone who does not want to talk to an AI can say "human" or "staff" at any time. The call ends without further data being collected.

- No decisions with legal effects (AI Act Art. 50(3))
- No emotion or biometric recognition (AI Act Art. 50(2))

Every call and every reservation is logged in the Tablario portal and accessible to the restaurant.
