Automatic table combinations: 2× 2-tops → a 4-top, 2× 4-tops → an 8-top. The system suggests, you confirm.
More guests. Same room.
Tablario automatically merges free tables into larger party-friendly configurations. When a party of six asks for 7 PM, the system combines two free three-tops in the background. You just tap "accept".
Differentiator
Up to 12% more covers — without adding a table.
The most common reservation at an independent restaurant is a party of two or four. The most common rejection: a group of six or eight, because the right table is already taken. Tablario's combination algorithm checks in real time whether two free small tables can be joined into a larger one — and offers the option to you. Restaurants in our beta added an average of 8–12% more covers per week this way.
Drag-and-drop floor plan that mirrors your real restaurant — patio, bar, private rooms, all included.
Live per-table status: free, reserved, seated, departed — on the tablet in service.
Capacity logic with buffer times and service lengths: no double bookings, no "just five more minutes".
Multiple rooms and shifts in parallel. Bar, main room, terrace — one screen.
Table history and occupancy reports: which tables earn their keep, which sit empty.

Questions about table management.
How do automatic table combinations actually work?+
You define once which tables are physically joinable (e.g. T3 + T4 = an 8-top). When a request for 6 comes in and no 6-top is free, Tablario checks whether T3 and T4 are both free in the same time window. If yes, it suggests the combination. You tap "accept" and both tables are booked together.
What about service lengths and buffer times?+
For each shift (lunch, dinner) you set the typical service length (90 min, 120 min) and the buffer between two seatings on the same table (default 15 min). Tablario respects this automatically — a 7 PM booking for 2 hours blocks the table until 9:15 PM, then frees it.
Does it work across multiple locations?+
Yes, from the Grow tier. You manage several restaurants in one account, each with its own floor plan and rule set. The backoffice shows occupancy across all locations on one screen.
