Quandoo does not publish a self-service CSV export for guest data. We pull the data together with you from the Quandoo restaurant dashboard, map it to Tablario’s schema, and set up the floor plan from scratch — all within one business day.

What we take from Quandoo

  • Regular-guest list (name, phone, email, notes) — as far as Quandoo exports it to you
  • Reservation history of the past 12 months, as far as your Quandoo account provides it
  • Floor plan re-built in the Tablario editor (with your input or by us)
  • Opening hours, closed days and booking rules from the previous system

What changes after the switch

  • The phone is now picked up by the Tablario AI assistant rather than the floor — you can switch back to manual at any time.
  • You cancel your Quandoo marketplace listing yourself — we don’t cancel it for you.
  • Reviews / ratings stay on Quandoo; they don’t transfer.

How the migration runs

  1. 01

    Request a data export from Quandoo

    Open the reporting / analytics section of your Quandoo restaurant dashboard and trigger the available exports — if no CSV path exists, request the data directly from Quandoo support. We’ll give you an email template.

  2. 02

    Hand off to our migration team

    You upload the exported files (CSV, XLS or support-supplied dumps) to our secure drop-off. We verify completeness, map fields and come back with at most one round of questions per restaurant.

  3. 03

    Set up Tablario in parallel

    While we migrate, we set up the floor plan, opening hours, booking rules and the AI phone script. Quandoo keeps running on your end — a clear cutover date avoids double-bookings.

  4. 04

    Cutover & cancel Quandoo

    On cutover day we activate the web widget, Reserve-with-Google and the AI phone. You cancel Quandoo at the next contractual date — we help with the cancellation letter if you want.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the migration really take?
Usually under 24 hours from the moment we receive the Quandoo export. For larger data sets (>10,000 regulars) it can take up to 48 hours.
What happens to bookings still sitting in Quandoo?
They remain valid. We import them into Tablario so you have a complete view. New bookings from cutover onwards run exclusively through Tablario.
Can I check the migration before going live?
Yes. We give you a staging workspace where you can verify the imported data — before we flip the public web widget.
