  • resmio add-ons (e.g. iPad app, marketing) map to Tablario plugins — the terms differ.
  • The phone is now picked up by the Tablario AI assistant — you can switch back to manual any time.

How the migration runs

  1. 01

    Trigger a data export from resmio

    In the resmio backend open Reporting / data export, export guest and reservation data. If no self-service path is available, request the data directly from resmio support — we provide an email template.

  2. 02

    Hand off to our migration team

    You upload the exported files to our secure drop-off. We verify completeness, map fields and come back with at most one round of questions.

  3. 03

    Set up Tablario in parallel

    We set up the floor plan, opening hours, booking rules and the AI phone script. resmio keeps running until the agreed cutover date.

  4. 04

    Cutover & cancel resmio

    On cutover day we activate the web widget, Reserve-with-Google and the AI phone. You cancel resmio at the next contract end — we provide the cancellation template.

Frequently asked questions

What if I’m still locked into resmio Premium’s 12-month term?
You can switch to Tablario already and run both systems in parallel until the resmio contract end. Tablario has no minimum term — you only pay the Tablario plan. Alternatively, opt into resmio’s monthly cancellation for +€10/mo (per resmio.com).
How long does the migration take?
Usually under 24 hours from the moment we receive the export. For larger data sets, up to 48 hours.
Will my domain / booking link stay the same?
You can keep your existing domain — Tablario plugs in via your web widget or a subdomain. If you rely on a resmio.com URL, we provision a new URL under tablario.com/r/your-restaurant.
