What happens if I exceed my AI phone minutes?+
You can pay for extra minutes individually at €0.20 each, or buy a 100-minute pack for €20. There is no hard cut-off — the assistant keeps answering and you get an in-portal notice once you have used 80 % of your bundle.
Can I add or remove plugins later?+
Yes, any time. Added plugins are pro-rated; removed plugins end with the current billing cycle. No notice period.
Is there a minimum term or setup fee?+
No. Tablario is monthly, cancel any time. Annual billing drops the Reservation base from €79/mo to €69/mo — €120 saved per year. Plugins and the AI phone are charged at the same rate either way. Setup fees do not exist — including for migration from another system.
How do I switch from Quandoo / OpenTable / Resmio?+
We import tables, regular guests and upcoming reservations from your CSV export. Phone-number porting on request. Most switches complete inside 24 hours with zero booking gap.
Are all updates and compliance features included?+
Yes. AI Act disclosure, GDPR audit log, automatic anonymisation after 30 days, DPA — all included at no extra cost. Updates ship automatically.
How is phone time measured?+
Per-call seconds rounded up. Ringing time does not count — only actual conversation time from connect to hang-up. Every call is itemised in the portal with its duration.
