- Doesn’t easyTable have a phone?
- easyTable itself doesn’t answer calls. There’s an integration with “Telavox AI Receptionist” — but that’s a separate, paid product from the Scandinavian market whose availability and German-language AI telephony in the DACH region are not confirmed (as of May 2026). Tablario’s AI phone is native, multilingual and part of the product around the clock.
- What does Tablario offer that easyTable doesn’t?
- Above all a native AI phone, your own SEO website with direct booking and an intelligent QR menu with AI menu chat. Your own website is already included in Starter; the AI phone and QR menu are available as add-ons. easyTable provides a booking widget, but no website of your own and no AI menu.
- Where is easyTable better?
- On no-show payments (card holds, deposits), on integrated guest feedback (NPS) and on maturity — easyTable has been around since 2012 with a large booking base. We say that openly.
- Is Tablario more expensive?
