Migration questions
How long does migration really take?+
From the moment you send us your export to go-live: 24 hours at most. In practice most migrations finish the same day — you spend the bulk of the time reviewing that everything is in place.
Which file formats do you accept?+
CSV is the standard. We also accept Excel (.xlsx), JSON dumps from older systems, and in rare cases we write a one-off API connector. For custom formats we have a quick chat first.
What happens to bookings already in the system?+
We import every reservation in the future. During the cut-over we block taken slots in both systems — no double-booking. Once you switch over to Tablario, the old system is cleanly retired.
Does migration cost extra?+
No. Migration is always included — whether you come from Quandoo, OpenTable or an Excel sheet. That stays the same after the 30-day trial.
